Dani Clarke is passionate about nutrition and healthy living and believes food is to be celebrated and enjoyed.

Dani has a broad range of nutritional experience. She builds on her time heading up corporate events in the hospitality industry. There she learnt a great deal about food rituals – she observed the food people love but was also shocked by their poor relationship with food and their limited understanding of good nutrition and healthy diet. Dani aims to fix this through the celebration of healthy food.

Dani combines lessons learnt from her training and research, to educate her clients on creating an environment where meals are healthy and enjoyable. Food plays such an important role in our lives and is often the centre of major social occasions and celebrations; yet for many, it can be a cause of stress and confusion. Dani spends many hours outside of her practice, developing easy to make, nutritious recipes for both her clients and family to enjoy.

Through developing meal plans based on individual health needs, Dani’s goal is to teach her clients sustainable skills for making nutritious food choices as part of a balanced lifestyle. When working with clients, Dani draws upon her extensive years of study, and her practical and academic training, to help her clients understand their health needs and achieve their well-being goals building on latest research.

Dani is excited about the current opportunities facing the food industry and is currently working on a formulation for a gut health supplement. She will roll out the Dani Clarke Gut Health Formula to clients in UK and European markets in 2020.

The Dani Clarke philosophy is that the gut, in terms of its gastro-intestinal workings and its emotional system, is the core of our well-being. She believes that our diets should be based around ‘real food', meaning food in its simplest and purest form. Food should be untampered and uncomplicated. Dani believes in local and nourishing ingredients that are products of nature – rather than of industry.
