This course is a DIY course all about the beautiful world of kombucha and fermented vegetables.
Learn the art of fermentation with Dani Clarke, Nutritionist and expert fermenter. This course will give you practical skills on how to make fermented drinks and foods in your own home.
During the class we will make a kombucha brew, water kefir and sauerkraut. The first part of the morning will consist of a small presentation by Dani Clarke. Then it’s roll up your sleeves (literally) and prepare yourself for hands on fermenting!
Recipes, glassware and live starters will be supplied on the day. Nutritious lunch and refreshments included
